New & Broken Concrete

My first Unreal asset pack especially made for UE5 and Nanite. This is a large set of fairly clean and fairly broken concrete level building-blocks, props and decor.

The material uses a 2 texture set blend with baked vert colors driving the blend areas, edge wear and more.
